Climate change caused by global warming has resulted in an increase average temperature and changes precipitation pattern intensity. Consequently, this led to localized heavy rain which intensifies the uncertainty of development urban areas. To minimize flood damage area, study aims analyze risk effect on buildings ranking for each building type sorting long-term land use plan that requires particular consideration. evaluate type, vulnerability analysis exposure were conducted five regions Ulsan City. The includes determination using elements are sensitive damage. In terms analysis, environmental factors applied depth. mapping based results from two analyses provided basis classifying into classes (green, yellowish green, yellow, orange, red). spatial form type. This shows district near Taehwa river is area with highest class (red orange buildings). Notably, plays a pivotal functional role administrating City high density buildings. phenomenon explained city centered around lowland; however, given value property, potential proven be high.
